The annually meeting came at the appointed time. On 9th September, Sellers ushered the second Sellers Day. In order to celebrating this special day, all Sellers gathered in the Ningbo Beilun Bodi Art Show Centre, to witness the birth of new vision, mission and core value, and enjoy the the grand live-action show “Yong Show- Globally Navigation”.
Vision, mission and core value are the core ideology of an enterprise, and also the important foundation of business for long.
Since the establishment of 21 years ago, Sellers Union has adjusted twice of the vision, mission and core value. The evolution process of it went from the founder solely to cohesive collective intelligence. It reflects that the group decision-making mode is upgraded and optimized . In the face of the new era, our vision, mission and core value also need to keep pace with the time and upgrade again.
In the Group Development Strategy Seminar that held in August, the new vision, mission and core value of a new era enterprise has been taken a vital topic, and discussed among the all business partners. After that, the operation decision-making committee gave it their carefully research, and ensured the new vision, mission and core value.
Today, on the special “Sellers Day”, chairman Patrick Xu launched the new vision, mission and core value solemnly.
The new enterprise core ideology is in the same line with the original enterprise spirit ,and it is more clear and close to the current and future development direction of Sellers Union Group.The gradual upgrade of decision-making mode also reflects more and more collective participation and higher collective wisdom.Through this grand conference and in-depth interpretation.we hope that all the members build consensus,gather strength,and step into the new journey.
